Session Initiation

The buyer starts a punchout session from their procurement system which opens a secure connection to your platform.

Real-Time Catalogue Browsing

The buyer browses your catalogue with live pricing and stock availability.

Basket Transfer to Procurement

Items added to basket transfer back to procurement system maintaining structured data and approvals.

Purchase Order Generation

After internal approvals, the purchase order is generated and sent to the supplier for processing.
