With each ecommerce project we deliver, user training is provided pre-launch to ensure that merchants can take full advantage of tradeit’s powerful suite of content management, marketing & merchandising tools, and order management functionality. We always ensure that customers can effectively deliver stunning content, merchandise products and manage their ecommerce sites with ease. We have a dedicated training centre on-site and can tailor training sessions to specific company, department (job role) or platform functions, or provide a general overview of tradeit’s capability. We can also host sessions online via web conference for any short modules or reminders. Further sessions for new starters, refresher courses, or training tailored to new platform updates or functionality can be booked at any time.
