Pulsin replatform to tradeit for D2C Ecommerce

Pulsin, the well-known producer of tasty, nutritious bars, shakes and protein powders have turned to tradeit to help grow their direct-to-consumer digital channel

Having looked at a few different providers including Magento 2 and WooCommerce, they felt we could offer them the biggest advance forward with the capabilities of tradeit far outweighing the other platforms considered, particularly when allied to our technical knowledge and integration experience. The marketing functionality was a huge draw in that regard, with the promotions engine and personalisation capabilities provided by conditional components and triggered emails particularly stand out. The integrated blog functionality in tradeit was another tick in the box.

Also important was the fact that all that functionality is native to the platform, rather than added on via clunky 3rd party plugins which affect site performance, reliability and speed. Last but not least, the new site has been seamlessly integrated with their SAP Business One ERP system to provide business efficiencies, cost savings and a reduction in resources, as well as with dotdigital for their email marketing. We're integration experts so that was a further point of difference. The initial feedback has been great and orders are already growing rapidly.
