Founded in 1983, Gisela Graham started her eponymous business by bringing the world a stream of new and original ideas for decorating the home, plus gifts for every occasion. Introducing hundreds over new products each year with a distinctive look, her goods are now sold in all five continents.

With most business conducted to the trade, their ecommerce needed updating to something that has been designed with features that more accurately reflect the needs of that market. Finding a new B2B ecommerce platform that would comfortably integrate with their Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system was also key to ensuring the business continued to thrive by automating many of the processes between the two systems to ensure accuracy, increase speed, and reduce resource requirements.

Integrations were carried out via both XML and web services with data being shared including products, category assignments, stock, product groups, companies, users, related products, access requests, account requests, abandoned baskets, orders, order history, financial statements and invoices.
