Red nominated for two more ecommerce awards
We’re delighted to have been shortlisted for a couple of awards the Ecommerce Awards 2021 in both for the 'Best Customer Loyalty or Retention Programme' and the 'Best Integration of New Technology' categories for our work with Tropicana Wholesale and DK Tools.
The first nomination for 'Best Customer Loyalty or Retention Programme' focused on our work with Tropicana Wholesale on their Spend4Rewards programme. Unlike traditional points-based systems, this adopts a monthly spend-and-save approach but Tropicana Wholesale are able to alter the target figure each month to try and drive an increased customer spend rather than just offer the same rewards for the same level of spending. Using the scheme actively enables them to drive incremental revenue from their existing customer and increase loyalty.
The second nomination for 'Best Integration of New Technology' focuses on our work for DK Tools/Amtech in developing a solution that automatically provides a way to offer alternative products to a customer that were in stock when they came into contact with an out of stock item throughout the user journey. This functionality was deployed on the product details page, product listings and quick order pages so was available wherever customers came in to contact with out of stock items.
